Complete Care Podiatry Group is comprised of podiatric physicians serving both Northern and Southern California elderly and special needs patients. Our focus is preventive medicine to reduce patient risk factors and address any serious foot conditions that may arise in this particularly “at risk” population. We provide services as part of the Long-Term Services and Supports Integration for Inpatient nursing facility and subacute care facility patients. We recognize the importance of the California Coordination of Care Initiative and wish to provide services/support that help reduce costs within the framework of State and Federal guidelines for care of this population.
